Hey, i have pc with following spec and recenty installed Vista Ultimate following specifications of my PC.
Standard Specs:
Intel (R) 2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00Ghz (2 Cores)
Bus Speed : 1333MHz
L1 Cache : Data Catch 32Kb, Code Cache 32 Kb per processor core
L2 Cache : 8MB
Board Model : Intel Desktop Board DG33BU
Bios Version : DPP3510J.86A.0437.2008
Bios Date : 5/21/2008
OS Version: Windows Vista Extreme Edition V 6.0.0.6001
OS Service Pack : Service Pack 1
Physical Memory : 2MB
Memory Speed 667Mhz
Memory Type: DDR2, Synchronous
Problem:Intel Desktop Utililities Display is showing
1. L2 Cache not supported.
2. Bus speed 333Mhz
Well Said SanctuS; I have never seen a poorer excuse for an os than vista.
They are playing hardball with the sp3 addition to XP, which can only mean they want to screw up Xp for us.
I have reformatted and installed XP onto 20 plus Seniors computers. They were going Bonkers with Vista and ready to give up on Comps.
With Stable XP Pro sp2 all are surfing and having fun.
