 Default Desktop! That Flash in the middle of the screen is Welcoming you when first time booting Win RE-X. The theme is visual style, CursorXP integrated into controlPanel, and some Resident Evil Walls. That is about cosmetics    It is called Windows Codename RE-X and is for Resident Evil fans.
