i cant remember the system password on windows vista.? i need help reseting the system password on a dell 1405 with windows vista business. those familiar know that you have to log on with this system pass word before logging onto windows. im absolutely baffled as to what the password is. im running 8 computers on my home network and dont get use this one often. those familiar also know that you cannot enter setup or safe mode without the system password.i assure you that this is a lame attempt to hack someones laptop. i can provide the receipt and dell service tag info upon request.can anyone help?
