How can I run two different operating systems...
...(windows xp and ubuntu) on ONE hard drive? not at the same time, but I want to be able to choose at the start-up screen to go onto Ubunto or Windows. I heard its called "dual-boot"thx in advance

How can I run two different operating systems...
You can use the GRUB-Bootloader from Ubuntu to install a dual-boot system
Install dual-boot 1. Install Windows 2. Install Ubuntu (in the installation ubuntu will detect the Windows Partition and decrease it to a size you want to have) 3. Configure the Grub Bootloader in Ubuntu i hope i could help you.. Spiek |
