why is it when i shutdown my windows vista,it
blacks out and displays a blue error screen,? whenever i shutdown or hibernate my new phillips windows vista laptop,the screen suddenly blacks out and when i turn it on later,it shows the blue error screen.what is really go'n on?i dont do anything wrong,jst standard shutdown,is windows vista crap?is the os to blame,or is there smting i can do?
