How can I track which applications are using my...
...internet connection? I have a very slow internet connection and every now and again it slows to a crawl because some or other applications are using it in the background - no clues in the system tray or task manager. Is there a way (maybe an app to download?) that I can track which apps are using my connection and how much they are downloading at a given moment?
