Mobile Ringtone Converter v2.3.45

This program is clearly built on top of Audicity, the open source audio editor that is
licensed under both the GPL and a Creative Commons license, The latter of which requires
attribution to the original authors. This program fails to honor either license agreement
and is clearly infringing their copyright.

Features:

1. ***Provide AVMini WEB/WAP Server to transfer ringtone to phone.
2. Convert audio to Mobile Ringtone as MP3, OGG, AMR, MMF, AMRWB+, WAV.
3. Can import WAV, MP3, OGG, MPEG, AMR, AMR WB+, AIFF, AU file.
4. Can add recording track to audio. Input source is from Microphone, CD Player, Sterte Mix, Line In.
5. Can edit Wavform. (cut, copy, delete, silent...).
6. Can convert by selected part. ( version 2.3.7)
7. Can set MP3 sample rate/ bit rate. (version 2.3.8)
8. Can set OGG quality. (version 2.3.8)
9. Can set AMR quality mode. (version 2.3.8)
10. Support customer builder. (version 2.3.9)
