Let the plugins initialize, it works a bit slow but they should load,
i heard a report that it would fail in Vista, havent tried this myself (TWAIN error in Vista)
well you try , see if works, if not, put in the garbagecan...

note tested on XP , built in VM
dont mess with thoose files in the folder that comes with it, photoshop reads thoose..
some presets had to be relocated
CDocuments and SettingsuserAppDataAdobeAdobe Photoshop CS3Presets
so load location threw your shell or from presetmenu in photoshop.
