I am looking for a web service that will allow me to add a "Prayer List" book to my site. It is the same idea as a Guest book that you see on line. I want to let users submit a prayer request to the site and it will automatically be posted to the website so others across the web can read it and pray for others.I think all I would need is a textbox for users to enter their name and a multi-line text box to enter a prayer request. I want to be able to have a Banner of "Prayer Book at the top instead of the "guest book" you see everywhere. Does anyone know of a free site that I can modify the guest book to read Prayer Book or Prayer List or be able to put my own banner on top.Thank YOU.

Just search PHP Guestbook on Google, and you can name it to Prayer List, or whatever you want. It will function just like a Guest Book, but you can always use your own settings.
