Intel® Core™ 2 Q6600 Quad-Core vs. AMD Athlon™ 64
X2 AM2 6000+ 3.0GHz? Which would be better for gaming? Intel core 2 duo seemed to outdo AMD's AM2 in the small amount of research I did. But the Q6600 is only 2.4 ghz while the athlon 65 X2 AM@ 6000+ is 3.0 ghz. This is probably a stupid question, but I am a noob when it comes to amd (I understand intel core 2 duo specs a bit but amd not at all). Thanks in advance.
