...player. Can anyone help? When I turn it on the screen just says "sansa m250 2.0GB" and will not proceed any further. It's like it's frozen. It has been working fine up until now. The device is about 6 months old. Normally it will initialize and then the music starts straight away. I have replaced the battery, held down the menu button, it is not locked on hold and I have tried plugging it into my computer. My computer is not recognising that there is a device there. Can someone please help? I was hoping to be able to take it into hospital with me tomorrow. I'm getting terribly frustrated. I have contacted the technical support people for SanDisk but am hoping for a quicker reply. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance.Wendy
