If u submit good/usefull posts. after You have completed requirements for (Moderator). then u will be promot to Mod. Just need Usefull Posting and Good behave to others.

You can't Qualify direct for a Super Mod...You should be a Mod first then you can become Super Moderator

in no organisation you are directly given a top-job. you have to show your worth, win some hearts only then you reach the top slowly/gradually. same applies here
