First, u need to goto [HIDE-REPLY]Start, then run. Type in regedit in the box. Next, goto
the folder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetVxDMSTCP
Now, find the string DefaultRcvWindow . Now, edit the number to
64240 then restart your computer. There you go. High speed cable modem now with out
dloading a program. Original value is 373360

I cant find this value. Any help on this would be great.

i cant find VxDMSTCP in my regedit
pls give full path to find it , i want my cable modem run faster currently i have just 256 kbps speed

in your reply i goto regedit then HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet

aftert that u mantioned vxdmstcp, i cant find it, is it is hidden in my regedit

pls, again give full path

i m using windows xp with service pack2
