Need help rip flash or swf from webpage

I'm trying to rip flash, specifically from this site: Photoshop Training

I'm having no luck. I'm hoping someone knows of a program and tutorial to rip flash/SWF and convert it to .avi for later viewing.

Have you tried using real player.
From the version 10.5 onward,it will show an option whether you want to download a video from the internet or not you just need to buffer the video before downloading it.
