Speed up shutting down

Recently,my computer has been taking a long time to shut down.
Most of the time,it happens after i haven't shut it down and use my laptop for more than 10 hours.
Is there anyway to speed up the shutting down?

@amritpal2489
I don't really know about that however since i used that method,my computer has not been starting up normally.
I take a longer time to load the desktop and stuck in a page like a blank page after login to window.
