If u don't use the System Restore (often), disable it. MyComputer-->Properties-->System Restore--> "turn off system Restore on all Drives". Be cautious: if u want to restore the deleted files, You can't if this option is disabled. Hey ! I have some other Good News for U. Ypu can use the Data Recovery Software from Runtime.org. thanx 4 this useful info, can u share another tips??
my computer have a problem, it's 2 slow.. and if i play mp3 or video files, it'll not run smoothly..i've use nod32 and kaspersky and found nothing but 3 tracking cookies.. i've been suggested 2 clean the temp and registry with some program and then defrag, the thing is i've been suggested 2 free 25% of the hd capacity 1st then run defrag and my hd is very full.. i used 2 defrag it with min free capacity ( 14 % CMIIW ).....wich one is better?? |
