AVG always find suspect...so turn off the AVG & then Apply Keygen

First of all its a nice show you guys're runnin here. i was just googling for this damn keygen for solarwinds eng.t.set v9.2 & it returned me the current thread. I can see the level of support 'doctormod' is trying to provide & also the other helping hands but... since I've also faced this annoying keygen so I'm also here to seek some assistance.

***What happens when you double click this keygen.exe***
I've been collecting several copies of the same file from various sources but they'll respond this way (in winxp sp3, with kav7.0-disabled):

first it doesn't show any response; after hitting a couple of times it generates the same old error report message..

All dear attendants of this thread who have successfully executed this file, would anyone out of them be kind enough to solve this mystery...

any level of assistance shall be greatly appreciated!

i am running xp performance edition sp3 and have no trouble with the keygen, i have tried it on a number of other windows versions as well as i like this sofware...honestly, i really cant shed any light on why you cant get it to run as i have had no issues with it at all.

the virus deal is completely bogus, i stay on top of shit like that, this is not a virus, i have installed solarwinds many times with this keygen.

here is a quick walk through of the install process - its not pretty but its here...dont forget to turn off a/v, although i did not personally have any issues with this

1. start the installer

Shot at 2008-06-06

2. wait for it to take forever to install...

Shot at 2008-06-06

3. immediately after the msi window goes away, you will be presented with this window -

4. select the " Skip this and enter software license key now " button in the lower left there...

5. now, copy the " software serial number " in the box that is circled in red

6. now open the keygen, - if it will open...sorry i dont know what is going on with that...

7. paste the software serial in the circled box

8. click on generate

Shot at 2008-06-06

9. copy and paste the software license key into the solar winds dialog.message, click continue

10. you should now see this window. nice.

there is never a need to register with the site or company, just put the serial in...hope this helps...enjoy
