QUESTION: Does this work on a 64-bit system with an OS of Vista?

I've noticed a lot of my programs do "ok" on my new 64-bit laptop, but do much better on my old 32-bit desktop. Which is strange as my new laptop has a lot of 'bells and whistles' .. and, unfortunately, Vista - ugh. (Prefer XP!) Looking specifically for my 64-bit laptop regarding this product. Any comments or suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanx!
