I've searched everywhere for a keygen for the 10.1version, and after 3 days I finally found this here

1st - Oen keygen.exe and create your personal license files (recommended Multisim Power Pro Edition and Ultiboard Power Pro Edition
2nd - Save them on a temporary place
3rd - Run NI License Manager (in Startmenu (All Programs->National Instrument->NI-License Manager)
4th - Choose Options->Install License
5th - Choose your licenses you have saved before
