It contains the following functions: Recipe function - comes with over 340 family favorite recipes, you can add thousands of your own. Menu planner - helps you plan out your daily menus. Finally, the Shopping List Maker - helps in preparing your shopping list. Select items from the Quick list or from recipes themselves or enter your own item.
