when you get to my site, it displays a number of steps which you should take in order to download this file. As you will see, next to the sixth and final step, is the word "Download". Click on it

here's what i get with your link
Not Found The requested URL /download.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
