The Book Collector library software downloads author, title, publisher and cover image using the ISBN.

Add books to your database in three easy steps:

1. Enter author & title or scan the ISBN

The Author & Title or ISBN is used to search various national libraries and book stores on the internet, including six Amazon sites.

2. Select results
Select one of the Search Results. Searching by ISBN will always give you one exact match.


3. Add to database
Click the Add button and Book Collector will download the author, title, publisher, publication date, genre, etc... plus the book's cover image.


And that's it!
Following the above steps you will organize your books in no time at all and have fun while doing it. The batch scanning and searching features of the Advanced Mode will make it even faster!

The result?
Once you have added all books to your database the fun continues:

• Browse your book collection on screen, ordered the way you want (e.g. by Author, by Title, by Genre, by Purchase Date, etc...).
• Search the database and find books by ISBN, title or author, by number of pages or any other property.
• Print lists, track your loans, export data to your website or your iPod.
