The new Ashampoo Magical Snap is the successor to the popular Ashampoo SnapYa!. In addition to the powerful screen capture capabilities that made SnapYa! such a success the new version adds new editing and effects tools with a uniquely simple user interface. You have to see it to believe it – graphics editing has never been this easy!
Anybody can now make pro-quality screenshots that look like they were finished by a graphics designer. Most of the time you won’t even need to do any editing at all, because the program can apply effects like drop shadows and torn paper edges to produce stylish results on the fly.
After you capture the screenshot the new editing interface opens automatically. If you’re satisfied with the results you just select one of the one-click tools to save your screenshot, send it by email, copy it or print it.

Registry Cleaner
This module analyzes your Windows® Registry, scans it for old and orphaned entries that are no longer needed and enables you to remove them easily. The new Registry Cleaner now uses a significantly improved search algorithm that finds redundant entries even faster and more efficiently. The report in which the results are displayed has also been improved, making it easier to read. New Modules The new version includes four completely new modules. In addition to this there is also a new category, Tweaking Tools, which contains tools with which you can customize and optimize Windows system settings. This is a major addition to the functionality of WinOptimizer that many users have asked for.
Tweaking (Tweaking Tools)
This module provides direct and simple access to a whole series of Windows settings

6. Ashampoo Magical Defrag
When did you last defragment your hard disk? Nearly everyone knows it’s necessary but hardly anyone does it regularly.
In the course of time Windows takes longer and longer to find data on your hard disk.
This happens because files get split up into more and more fragments stored in different places all over the disk. Finding and reading these fragments takes much longer than accessing a file that is all stored in the same place.
Users of Ashampoo Magical Defrag don’t need to worry about this problem, because the program keeps their hard disks defragmented for them. In fact, they hardly even notice it’s there.

7. Ashampoo uninstaller Platinium
Modern Windows® applications are very complicated "beasts". They include large numbers of files that are often saved in many different places, not just in the application's own program directory. In addition to this they also have even larger numbers of settings, sometimes hundreds, which they record in Windows' central database, which is known as the Windows® Registry.
Ashampoo UnInstaller Platinum Suite works by creating two "snapshots" of your system, one before you install an application and another one directly afterwards. These snapshots record the entire status of your computer system, including all registry entries, the locations, dates, sizes and versions of all files and the contents of all configuration files. After creating the second snapshot the program then compares it with the first and records all the differences in a special file called an "installation log file", or "log file" for short.
When you tell Ashampoo UnInstaller Platinum Suite to uninstall the application it loads this log file and uses the information it contains to restore everything on your system to the way it was before you installed the application.

installation logs to get out of hand. The new Ashampoo UnInstaller Platinum Suite also has a solution for this problem: You can now choose the path for your installation logs so that you can organize them more efficiently.
Sometimes you may not want to log an installation with Ashampoo UnInstaller Platinum Suite. In addition to cancelling the program’s log prompt as in the past you can now also add the installation program to a white list, so that you will not be asked to log it if you ever run it again in the future. The white list is fully editable and can be changed at any time Ashampoo antispyware
Realtime-protection of all relevant processes
Windows® doesn’t offer sufficient protection yet at all to ward off all threats
coming from the internet. Hijacker, dialer, spyware tools, worms, adware programs,
Trojan horses, key logger and rootkits: Besides typical virus programs, there is a lot of malware that can penetrate the computer as soon as an unsafe internet connection is established.
Ashampoo presents its new protection program Ashampoo AntiSpyWare 2 which offers twice as much protection as the previous version. Having run a full computer scan for possible infections, the program will remove the infected files immediately. A permanent active background scanner will notify you in advance and offer real-time protection for the computer. While connected to the internet the program makes sure that new malware won’t have any chance to enter your system through the back door.
Virus definitions on more than 760,000 threats are already included you will be protected against. Virus signatures will be updated online on a regular basis so that your weapon never gets blunt. Thus, securing that even most recent spyware will be safely identified. Heuristic search patterns will repel even malware that is not yet known but will get identified through suspicious actions
