Is there a way to add a range for vlookup function?

My current function to get the Remarks is this

=VLOOKUP(G4,$K$5:$L$7, 2)

But as you can see from the picture, there's an average column which has numbers to a decimal place. So how can I add a range in the vlookup so that it will be more accurate.

For example 'Exceed Expectation' require a on the dot 50 in the average. How do i change the value in the vlookup table so that the range will become '40-60' for example
